Peg Brownlee

Peg Brownlee grew up loving horses. Begged for one from the time she could talk.Got her first horse "Holiday" for Christmas. After high school she attended the Maryland Horse Center (formerly Potomac Horse Center) Horsemaster Program, focused on the discipline of eventing ( cross country, dressage and stadium jumping).  Moved to Montana in 1975, graduated from the Montana School of Pharmacy, now retired and enjoying her Thoroughbred, Lannman and two rescue horses. A WMERR board member who believes " The time is always right to do what's right" (Dr. Martin Luther King).

April Libby Brown

April was born and raised in southern Maine, has lived in the Bitterroot Valley of western Montana since 1994. She works at a financial institution, and also does house/pet sitting. Always an animal lover and advocate, she enjoys her time at the rescue with the horses, cleaning, grooming or just hanging out! She and her husband are proud parents of 2 lazy bassets, 1 Chihuahua mix and 2 feisty felines!
